Returns

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY ITEMS ORDERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT.-7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed.You may contact us via [email protected] to request for change. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.

  • Shenzhen UPS Express â€“ around 7~12 days all around the world.
  • Air shipping â€“ ship to your near airport only, which requires you to have strong customs clearance skills, it usually for large quantity & weight (such as 1,000 kg) order.
  • Your own forwarder – If you work with a freight forwarding company in Shenzhen already, we can also deliver the goods to your freight forwarder
